Politica di spedizione

Da Kheope Avenue ci impegniamo a garantire spedizioni sicure, tracciabili e puntuali, sia in Italia che all’estero. Di seguito troverai tutte le condizioni relative ai tempi e alle modalità di consegna.

Spedizioni in Italia

  • Gli ordini con destinazione in territorio italiano vengono evasi entro 5 giorni lavorativi dall’acquisto.

  • Una volta affidato al corriere, il pacco viene recapitato entro un massimo di 72 ore.

  • Per le spedizioni ai punti di ritiro Poste Italiane, il cliente ha a disposizione 5 giorni lavorativi per il ritiro. Trascorso questo termine, il pacco verrà automaticamente restituito al mittente (Kheope Avenue).

Spedizioni nell’Unione Europea (UE)

  • I tempi di evasione sono identici all’Italia (entro 5 giorni lavorativi dall’acquisto).

  • La consegna richiede mediamente 3/4 giorni lavorativi a partire dalla presa in carico da parte del corriere.

Spedizioni Extra-UE

  • L’evasione dell’ordine può richiedere fino a 7 giorni lavorativi, al fine di predisporre correttamente la documentazione doganale ed evitare ritardi.

  • Al termine dei controlli doganali, al cliente potrà essere richiesto il pagamento di dazi doganali.

  • Il corriere incaricato avviserà tempestivamente il cliente e fornirà le modalità di pagamento, che potrà avvenire sia in contanti che con carta, direttamente sul sito ufficiale del corriere, in totale sicurezza.

⚠️ Attenzione: Il mancato pagamento dei dazi può causare ritardi, giacenze o addirittura la restituzione del pacco al mittente. In tal caso, verrà previsto il rimborso della merce, ma non delle spese di spedizione.

In nessun caso, e in nessun Paese di destinazione, è previsto il rimborso delle spese di spedizione.
Ogni cliente usufruisce infatti del servizio di spedizione almeno una volta nel corso della propria esperienza d’acquisto, pertanto tali costi non sono rimborsabili.

  • Tutti i clienti riceveranno una notifica dal corriere al momento della presa in carico della spedizione, con le informazioni necessarie per monitorarne lo stato.

  • Per qualsiasi problematica legata alla consegna, il nostro servizio clienti è a disposizione per fornire supporto e assistenza.

At Kheope Avenue we are committed to providing safe, trackable and timely deliveries, both within Italy and abroad. Please find below all the details regarding our shipping terms and conditions.

 Shipping within Italy

  • Orders shipped to Italy are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Once handed over to the courier, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 72 hours.

  • For deliveries to Poste Italiane pick-up points, the customer has 5 business days to collect the package. After this period, the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender (Kheope Avenue).

Shipping within the European Union (EU)

  • Processing times are the same as for Italy (within 5 business days from purchase).

  • Delivery generally takes 3 to 4 business days once the package has been picked up by the courier.

Shipping outside the EU

  • Order processing may take up to 7 business days, in order to properly prepare all customs documentation and avoid unnecessary delays.

  • After customs clearance, customers may be required to pay custom duties.

  • The courier will notify the customer directly and provide secure payment options, available both in cash or by card, directly on the courier’s official website.

⚠️ Important: Failure to pay customs duties may result in delays, storage charges or even the return of the package to the sender. In such cases, the merchandise will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Costs Refund Policy

Under no circumstances, and in no country of destination, will shipping costs be refunded.
Every customer benefits from the shipping service at least once during their shopping experience; therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Tracking and Support

  • Once the courier takes charge of the shipment, customers will receive a notification with tracking details.

  • Should any issue arise during the delivery process, our customer service team is available to provide assistance and support.
