Refund Policy

Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.


Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns Policy

I am committed to ensuring that every item you purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return a product, here is how the return policy works:

  • Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused and with the packaging intact.
  • Personalized items, because they are made to measure for you, cannot be returned unless there was an error on my part in the making of the product. In this case, please contact me immediately and I will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on my part, I will cover the return shipping costs.
