Shipping Policy

At Kheope Avenue, we are committed to ensuring safe, trackable, and punctual shipments, both within Italy and abroad. Below you will find all the conditions regarding delivery times and methods.

Shipping to Italy

  • Orders with destination in Italian territory are processed within 5 working days from purchase.

  • Once entrusted to the courier, the package is delivered within a maximum of 72 hours.

  • For shipments to Poste Italiane collection points, the customer has at his disposal 5 working days for collection. After this deadline, the package will be automatically returned to the sender (Kheope Avenue).

Shipments to the European Union (EU)

  • The processing times are identical to those in Italy (within 5 working days of purchase).

  • Delivery takes on average 3/4 working days starting from the moment the courier takes charge.

Extra-EU Shipments

  • Order processing may take up to 7 working days, in order to correctly prepare the customs documentation and avoid delays.

  • At the end of the customs checks, the customer may be asked to pay customs duties.

  • The courier in charge will promptly notify the customer and provide the payment methods, which can be made both in cash and by card, directly on the courier's official website, in total safety.

⚠️ AttentionFailure to pay duties may cause delays, storage, or even the return of the package to the sender. In this case, the goods will be refunded, but not shipping costs.

Under no circumstances, and in no destination country, will shipping costs be refunded.
Each customer uses the shipping service at least once during their shopping experience, therefore these costs are non-refundable.

  • All customers will receive a notification from the courier when their shipment is picked up, with the information needed to track its status.

  • For any delivery issues, our customer service is available to provide support and assistance.

Shipping outside the EU

  • Order processing may take up to 7 business days, in order to properly prepare all customs documentation and avoid unnecessary delays.

  • After customs clearance, customers may be required to pay custom duties.

  • The courier will notify the customer directly and provide secure payment options, available both in cash or by card, directly on the courier’s official website.

⚠️ Important: Failure to pay customs duties may result in delays, storage charges or even the return of the package to the sender. In such cases, the merchandise will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
